Log in, browse upcoming opportunities, and click Join Event. You’ll see event details, location, and requirements before confirming your participation.
When you scan the event’s QR code or mark yourself as present, Brightpath starts counting your volunteer time. After the event, your hours will be verified by the organizer.
Yes. If your plans change, you can cancel before the event starts directly from your My Events page.
Event organizers confirm attendance through Brightpath. Once verified, your hours appear on your dashboard and count toward your total volunteering record.
You can explore online or hybrid events, or check back later as new events are added daily. You can also suggest your school or local organization to join Brightpath and post opportunities.
Certificates
Yes. Each certificate includes your name, verified hours, event details, and a QR code for validation.
You can download it as a PDF or share it directly through email from your Dashboard.
No, certificates are generated automatically after verification to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Absolutely! Brightpath certificates are perfect for showcasing community service on college and scholarship applications.
Schools & Organizations
Schools can register on Brightpath by creating an organization account. Once approved, they can add teachers, post volunteer events, and track student service hours automatically.
Yes! Basic access is completely free. Schools can later upgrade to a paid plan to unlock advanced analytics, downloadable reports, and custom certificate designs.
Teachers and coordinators can post volunteer opportunities, approve student participation, verify hours, and download service reports for each student or class.
Any organization can join Brightpath by registering as a partner. Once verified, they can create public or private events, manage volunteers, and receive visibility within their community.
Yes! Regular (for-profit) companies are welcome to host community service or social responsibility projects. It’s a great way to involve students, support local initiatives, and show commitment to positive impact.

Brightpath offers onboarding support, setup assistance, and access to a help center. Dedicated staff can also help partners manage events and reports more efficiently.
Badges & Achievements LATER
Badges are automatically awarded when you reach specific milestones — such as total hours completed, number of events joined, or special causes supported.
Examples include “Community Helper” (10 hours), “100 Hours Hero”, and “Event Leader” for organizing your own events.
Not yet, but you can view and share them directly from your dashboard or social media.
Yes, schools and organizations can create custom badges for their students or volunteers.
Accounts & Privacy
Yes. Creating an account allows you to track hours, join events, and receive verified certificates.
Absolutely. Brightpath stores data securely and never shares personal information with third parties.
Yes. You can request account deletion from the Settings page. Once confirmed, all your data and certificates will be permanently removed.
You can easily reset it by clicking Forgot Password on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
Go to your Profile Settings page, update your information, and click Save Changes.
